I am blessed with a husband who loves to cook, and all of these recipes have been used and perfected by Andre over the past seven years. I might add that these recipes were obtained at great risk to my personal sanity, as Andre is a 'bucket chemistry' kind of cook, and looked at me blankly every time I asked 'Yes, but how Much?!' All recipes relate to pork, at the moment, but we will be adding recipes for other items, as they become ready for market. We have tried to include recipes for cuts that are difficult to find in other places, are slightly unusual, or that we find extra delicious.
