The Parisian is the mildest of our salamis, with a smooth rich flavour, reminiscent of salami found in... well France. Enjoyed by kids, as well as those who enjoy fermented meats, The Parisian is safe for all to try. A little side note on this salami, it can grow a white, tending to green mold on the outside. This is a natural penicillin, and is part of the normal fermentation process, so keep enjoying.
