Half of a pig. Cut down the spine, this comes out around 20kgs, and should fit into your freezer.
Please specify your choice of mince, diced, strips or sausages (fat or thin). Pork can come vacuum packed, or in butcher bags, according to your preference. Either way, cuts are labelled with the cut name and the weight of that cut . If you decide to vacuum pack, please advise what weight or number of items you would like in each package. e.g. 500g or packs of 2, 4, 6 etc.
If you would like any offal, there is an additional charge of $1 per item, to cover extra packaging. Offal comes vaccum packed, to ensure freshness. If you don't want any offal, simply leave that section blank.

Collection from pick up points is free of charge, however delivery to your door is possible for a small charge, providing there is someone to accept the order. Pork is processed approximately every 2 weeks. While this could mean a short wait for you, it also ensures your meat comes fresh, from our paddock, to your plate.
