Traditionally cured and smoked over a 4 week period, our free range ham retains the delicious flavour and texture of all our pork, combined with the subtle taste and aroma of wood smoke.
All who try our ham are impressed by its old fashioned flavour, and vow to return indefinitely.
Brined with a salt solution, these hams are a more natural colour, tending towards brown, rather than pink, while retaining its superlative texture and flavour, a direct result of running and playing in the paddock.
For items shipped directly, order will only be delivered if there is someone to accept delivery, collection after this point will be the buyers responsibility.
