Pork Pastrami - Regular
Pork Pastrami is made from the scotch fillet, or pork collar, so is sometimes called Capocollo. The premium cut is cured, smoked and rolled in cracked pepper, and then sliced thinly. This process ends in a delicious full flavoured delicacy that will be the star of any platter, or is perfect on a sandwich with some thinly sliced tomato.
Our Pastrami comes in packs of 250g, in regular or nitrate free.
