BonesPork bones make a wonderful stock, simply bring to the boil for 5 minutes, drain to remove scum, return to the pot with your desired seasonings and simmer for 3 hours or until meat falls from the bones. Drain and freeze into conveniently sized containers. Simple, and adds a delicious boost to any meal.
For a fresh Summer meal, or a warm vitamin shot mid winter, prepare some Pho broth, then freeze it. Next time you need a quick and easy dinner, simply heat, and eat! |
